| Tom House was
born August 17, 1943 in Phoenix, AZ, and died on February 28, 2003 in Deer
Valley, UT. House entered the University of Southern California on an
R.O.T.C scholarship, graduated with a degree in Geology, and was a member of
Alpha Tau Omega. He received an MBA from California State University,
Fullerton. He also served in the Navy submarine service on the U.S.S. Sea
Fox and U.S.S. Catfish, in roles from Ensign to Lieutenant from 1965-71. In
business House was CEO and Managing General Partner of Village Nurseries,
LLC in Orange, CA. He was honored to serve as President of the California
Nursery Growers Association in 2002 and was currently serving on the Board
of Directors where he chaired the Labor Committee. In his community, House
was a member of the Rotary in Brea, CA. He was an avid golfer, fisherman,
water skier and snow skier. House enjoyed spending time with family and
friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A resident of
Anaheim Hills, CA, House is survived by his wife, Diane, and two children:
son David and his wife Kristen of Anaheim Hills, their children Ryan, Lucas
and James; and daughter Mary House of Mission Viejo, CA. He is also survived
by his parents, Ruth and Everett House of Las Vegas, NV; and brother,
Charles House of Park City, UT. Services will be held in Tom's honor on
Thursday, March 6 at Messiah Lutheran Church, 4861 Liverpool Street, Yorba
Linda, CA 92886 at 2PM. Donations can be made in the name of Thomas Everett
