Bill Blackburn suffered a hear attack on February 1, 2003  while playing golf at the Vintage in Palm Desert. ATOs who attended the funeral included Steve Craig, Mike Lanni, and John Vellis. He is survived by his son Brett, Carlsbad, CA.

We all remember Bill for his long time service on the ATO Housing Corporation, but apparently he was quite involved in many other activities (mainly behind the scenes), especially his church. You may recall that it was Bill who secured a low interest 30-year fixed term loan for the acquisition of the existing fraternity house in 1975.
